Team

We are a small team of IT experts that works the teal way. You won't find traditional job positions here, only roles in which people get room to use their strengths. We are friends, equal partners, coaches and mentors to each other. And that is what makes us strong.

Our team values

Values change over time, and that's nothing unusual – they always reflect the situation we are currently in. You can see our current values and their weight below.

Growth – tech / soft skills

Our team is made up mainly of technically minded people. We are driven by a desire to learn, and the team gives us plenty of room for it. We enjoy philosophizing and thinking about the future, about where we are heading and where society as a whole is heading.

Constantly expanding our technical knowledge and skills, and learning to work together, moves us forward and lets us be creative. We know we have to stay flexible. The business and programming of today is not the business and programming of tomorrow, and we keep moving towards it.

    I joined DEVELOGI on the recommendation of existing members, and I'm glad to be part of a team with a friendly atmosphere, respect for people and joy in the work. I'm an analyst with broad experience across fields, from information systems and e-commerce to financial and real estate consulting. I love learning new things, which lets me adapt quickly to new challenges. I enjoy finding solutions that match exactly what clients need and help them reach their business goals.

    Outside work, I like to unwind on my bike or hiking in nature. It keeps me fit and recharges me for new challenges.

    Scaling a business is chaos. Ideally, managed chaos. I'm an all-round soldier whose priority is helping people. Take care of people, and people will take care of your business. A teal enthusiast. I like creating and shaping new ideas and strategies, especially around digital products and people management. I have plenty of hands-on experience with execution, but these days I happily delegate it to specialists. Sometimes I need to have my head in the clouds – literally. Paragliding is how I relax.

    I still consider myself a newcomer to the DEVELOGI team, but I have plenty of work experience behind me. I started in IT, then spent many years in marketing, and eventually came back to IT.

    As a former athlete, I see teamwork as key, and I bring the principles of sport into my professional life. I love learning new things, I'm always deep in thought, I'm a bad loser, and I believe that whatever I give comes back to me in another form.

    Outside work, I love my family and good (mostly electronic) music, I'm a whisky fan, and I can't imagine my life without staying active.

    For me, programming is a craft I'll never stop learning. Over the years I've worked on both frontend and backend, from media and fintech through auction portals and news to voice agents and e-learning. I enjoy building things that make sense and hold together well – clean code, thoughtful architecture and honest testing aren't just buzzwords to me. Right now I'm most drawn to the world of AI and AI agents, where there's always something new to poke my nose into.

    I've been part of DEVELOGI from the very beginning and I'm one of its co-founders. I enjoy strategy, learning and collecting interesting ideas we can use together for everyone's benefit. I have a clear picture of how our company should work, and every day I try to do a little to bring us closer to it. Besides programming, I mainly focus on developing our teal culture, and many of the initiatives we've put into practice started with me.

    I'm a co-founder and already a seasoned veteran among the guys. I'm happy to contribute opinions, advice and the experience I gained founding and growing our previous company, PRIA. I thrive on action – learning new things, coming up with ideas and solutions, and then putting them into practice with my team. Strong personal relationships are key for me; I value fairness and success that everyone has earned.

    Daniel Jurča

    I started programming in primary school and have stuck with it ever since. In high school, at university and in the jobs that followed, I focused more on the web, until I settled on web applications. Thanks to my love of discovering and trying out new technologies, I'm now increasingly drawn from development towards the architecture of the applications we build.

    I found Develogi more or less by chance, but it led to a huge shift in my career as well as in my personal growth. I couldn't have imagined openness and wholeness at this level, and it's something that should be the standard far more often.

    I've tried quite a lot for my age. I've programmed complex systems and developed games with friends – we didn't exactly make it big, but we learned a ton. People say I pick up new things and technologies abnormally fast. I like working a bit out of the way, from home. I mostly come to see the guys at our teal get-togethers and company events.

    At last I'm part of a team where I feel good, where everyone treats me decently and the atmosphere is great.     Jan Podzimek

    I co-founded DEVELOGI two years after my colleague Martin Krkoška and I built and then sold PRIA, the largest digital agency in Moravia. I love exploring new topics, learning and finding things out. All my life I've been thinking about what a GOOD life is and trying to live it. After selling PRIA, I started to ask what the purpose of business really is and what it should serve. My creativity and ideas helped us bring the concept of a Decent Company into the rather rigid world of IT and programming – and the result is DEVELOGI.

    In the future, once I free up my hands and finish my studies, I'd like to focus more on facilitation, coaching, building business relationships with socially beneficial companies and developing our company culture. My ultimate aspiration is to perfect my role as the snack provider, one of the roles I hold here.

    I've been programming since secondary school. I started with small learning programs at technical school, mostly in C and Assembler, along with simple HTML web pages dressed up with CSS. My interest in programming carried on through my studies at the university in Zlín, where I got the chance to work on web applications – and I've stayed with them ever since.

    Hi, I'm Maťo, the frontman of our crew. I always turn up wherever something new is happening, and I was one of the people who founded DEVELOGI. I talk a lot with our customers and love meeting new people. Like everyone else here, I'm keen on learning new things, and I enjoy working on new architecture designs, which I'm happy to present and defend. I'm looking forward to new colleagues, new challenges and new opportunities – with my inner motto always ringing in my head: “Joy is more than productivity”.

More than 20 specialists work with us long-term on our projects. Only the part of the team that wanted a profile has one on this website – the others work under NDA at our clients or simply don't want a public profile. That's why we put together each project team based on the brief, not on who is on this page.
