We are a decent and fair company that wants to change the (IT) world for the better.

Many of us have experienced what it's like to work in corporations - companies driven purely by money and with the unequivocal goal of generating the highest possible profit. We know what it entails and what the victims of this system are, and that is why we have decided to take a different approach to our next professional direction.

Our main intention is to be a fair company.We promote the principles of self-management, personal responsibility and rely on intuition. We listen and perceive the surroundings and our needs, and our actions are based on this.

The meaning of existence

We see the meaning of our work in the possibility of solving real software problems of individuals and companies. However, more than making a profit are more important to us beneficial goals.

Team roles

We don't have job positions as you know them. Each member of the team fulfills the currently needed roles which they choose, in which they are comfortable and for which they have the prerequisites. Roles can change over time according to the interests and needs of team.

Openness

We mutually share information about the company's results and our salaries. Together we decide on new clients and projects that we will support with our work.

Profit of the company

The profit does not go only to the owners. It is divided fairly among all team members. Part of it also goes to support projects of general benefit. Anyone from the team can propose interesting projects worthy of our support to the "stock exchange". Together we decide which one of them we will support and how much we spend on it.

Sustainability

Part of the profit is used to finance meaningful projects or charitable activities. We return part of the earnings back to the company so that it prospers in the long term.

Meetings

We only have the useful and necessary ones. They develope and disappear according to needs.

Self-management

Everyone in the team can decide anything on their own, they just have to consult it with a colleague who understands it and a colleague who is affected by it. In the same way, each team member decides the amount of his salary after consultation with the wage board. Everything is voluntary.

Safe environment

We do not try to fix, save or change others in the team. We accept everyone as they are - with their talents and ailments. We avoid demeaning comments and behavior. We are absolutely without hierarchy and superiors, in other words we are all equal. And we always try to see things from the other's perspective.

Complexity

We live a culture focused on complexity. We know each other very well, we are colleagues and friends. We know our strengths and weaknesses, we support and help each other. In and out of work.

We are very careful about who we incorporate into the team. We take great care to ensure that the new member fits in with us. We have our own processes for recruitment processes , the final acceptance of a new partner is decided by mutual consensus. From the beginning, the partner is always a full-fledged and equal member of the team. No one is more, no one is less in the company.

For us, the company is like an organism, not a money machine. We are a group of individual human beings. We are constantly developing and adapting to the current needs of our colleagues and the market.
