Who processes your data

The controller of your personal data is Develogi s. r. o., Company ID: 13958747, registered office Přímá 829, 760 01 Zlín - Prštné, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, section C, file 125798.

For anything about your personal data, write to us at cv@develogi.cz or by post to our registered office. We have not appointed a data protection officer, as the law does not require us to.

What data we process

• Data you send us yourself: your name, email, phone number, CV, links to your profiles (LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio), experience, education, skills and expected pay.
• Data from the selection process: dates and notes from interviews, results of technical tasks and our assessment.
• For contractors, also your business ID and business details, if you give them to us.

We don't need your photo, national ID number, or data about your health, religion or political opinions. Please leave them out of your CV.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• The selection process for the position you apply for. We need the data to assess your application and discuss working together. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Our candidate database and offers of other positions. With your consent, we keep your data for 3 years and contact you with job and collaboration offers that may interest you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Defending legal claims. If a dispute is likely after the selection process, for example about equal treatment, we keep the data needed for our defence. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Giving us your data is voluntary, but without your contact details and CV we cannot assess your application.

How you give and withdraw consent

• You give your consent by sending your CV to cv@develogi.cz after reading this notice.
• Consent is voluntary. If you don't want us to keep your data, say so in the email with your CV. We will assess your application the same way and delete your data after the selection process ends.
• You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing cv@develogi.cz. We will then delete your data and stop sending you offers. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
• Every offer we send tells you how to opt out of further offers.

How long we keep the data

• Without consent: for the duration of the selection process. After it ends, we delete the data without undue delay, within 6 months at the latest.
• With consent: 3 years from when you sent your CV. If you send us a new CV later, the period starts again from that one.
• If a dispute is likely: for as long as we need to defend our rights.
• If we start working together, we move your data to our employee or supplier records, where the rules for performing the contract and our legal obligations apply.

Who we share the data with

• Only the people at Develogi involved in the selection see your data.
• We use providers of email, cloud and recruitment tools. They process the data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement.
• We offer your profile to a specific client for their project only if you agree to it beforehand.
• We don't sell your data or pass it on to anyone else unless the law requires us to, for example at the request of a court or the police.
• If a provider processes data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, it does so only with safeguards under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Who makes the decision

A person always decides who we work with. We may use AI tools when sorting CVs, for example to get an overview of skills, but there is no automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects.

Your rights

• Right of access: we tell you what data we hold about you and send you a copy.
• Right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure, when we no longer need the data or you have withdrawn your consent.
• Right to restriction of processing, for example when you contest the accuracy of the data.
• Right to data portability for data we process based on your consent or on steps before a contract.
• Right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time.

Send your request to cv@develogi.cz. We will reply without undue delay, within one month at the latest.

If you believe we handle your data in breach of the law, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.

Security

We protect the data with technical and organisational measures. Only authorised people in our team have access to it, and we use tools from vetted providers.
